About the Alliance Committee

The Shasta Environmental Alliance (SEA) Alliance Committee brings together organizations that share a commitment to caring for our region’s natural resources and communities.

The Alliance Committee provides a space for environmental organizations, community groups, and partners to build relationships, exchange knowledge, and coordinate efforts around shared goals.

The Alliance Committee is led by SEA’s Partnerships Steward, who serves as a point of connection between SEA and participating member organizations.

What the Alliance Committee Does

The Alliance Committee supports:

  • Building relationships among partner organizations
  • Coordinating collaborative projects and community initiatives
  • Sharing resources, announcements, and opportunities
  • Identifying areas where organizations can work together
  • Strengthening the local environmental community

Partner Organizations

Organizations that share SEA’s commitment to our region’s natural resources and communities may participate in the Alliance Committee.

Participating organizations remain independent and maintain their own missions and activities while contributing to a stronger local environmental community.

To keep the committee active and useful, participating organizations are asked to stay engaged through committee meetings, shared communications, or collaborative efforts.

How the Alliance Committee Works

The Alliance Committee meets twice each year to bring members organizations together for discussion and coordination.

Between meetings, members stay connected through a shared communication channel to exchange updates, announcements, and opportunities for involvement.

The Partnerships Steward helps facilitate communication among participating organizations and supports opportunities to work together.

Join the Alliance Committee

Environmental organizations and community groups are invited to be part of a regional network of organizations working on issues that matter to our communities.

The Alliance Committee creates opportunities to learn what others are working on, share updates, and find ways to support one another’s efforts.

Organizations interested in participating can complete the membership application to get connected.
